The best and most powerful motivation comes from within us. When you align that self-motivation with the team you make a winning team.

When individuals accept responsibility for achieving their own goals and those goals are aligned with team goals you have the power of every individual working towards a unified end.

The base line is that we are all people, we have our own needs, we each pursue our own goals in life and that will never change. The smart team leader takes this into account and makes certain that he knows the individual goals of each member of their team. So work with each individual, know their and the team?s goals and make sure they all aligned.
