The Local Pages is a independent yellow page distributor who has been in business for over 14 years. We currently have directories in 14 states, catering to the local community areas.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business to Business Yellow Page Advertisement Executive is responsible for acquiring business customers through preprinted generated leads, which make up new and renewal clients. This position is expected to meet/exceed weekly activity goals to include appointments, proposals and closing prospects that fall within the scope of The Local Pages B2B Platform. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
4 yr. degree in a related field preferred or High School Diploma with education substitution for experience on a year-by-year basis
2-3 years of business to business experience
1 yr. experience in advertising print desired
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn a technical product or service
Excellent verbal, written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Must be self-motivated, goal driven, high prioritization skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient computer skills
Job Requirements
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Building contacts and relationships with business decision makers and influencers
Use generated leads and create referrals through prospecting, and networking
Work professionally and ethically with all customers
Comply with business sales forecast/funnel management expectations
Utilize MS Office products, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
Attending mandatory meetings
Demonstrate basic knowledge of solution selling
